Tune-Up and Bicycle Fitting Workshops offered at CABS

Two weekend bicycle workshops have been added to the course offerings at Circuit Cycle & Sports in Millet. The first course runs all day on Saturdays which provide the cyclist with the skills to properly tune-up a bicycle. “Students bring in their own bicycles and at the end of the workshop their bicycles are fully serviced.” advised CABS Instructor Brian Hahn. The Bicycle Tune-Up Workshop starts at 9:00AM and ends at 3:00PM with a lunch break at noon. “This workshop provides the client with the skills needed to service their bicycle and at the same time ready their rides for the season.

The Bicycle Fitting Workshop and your existing ride.

“Our second workshop is the Bicycle Fitting Workshop,” advised Hahn. “You have the opportunity to be physically measured and fitted to your existing bicycle.” The Fitting Workshop starts at 9:00AM and ends at 10:30AM. Offered on Saturdays, it introduces the cyclist to the BikeCAD PRO software. BikeCAD PRO is used around the world by professional bicycle shops and bicycle frame builders. “BikeCAD has a professional fitting system, and after a person is properly measured, the system provides the ideal bicycle configuration,” advised Hahn.

Once a rider is fitted they have the opportunity to test their existing bicycle to the recommendations and make changes the bicycle if called for “Since CABS is a learning service of Circuit Cycle & Sports, chances are the parts are quickly available,” added Hahn.

All registered participants of these workshops are given a 15% discount on all accessories, components and bicycles on the day of the session.
