Circuit Cycle’s Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Bicycle Sales and Service

Covid-19 Public Service Announcement

UPDATE: In accordance with the increased restrictions imposed by the Provincial Government, ALL customers and staff are now required to wear face coverings. Further; we are limiting store occupancy to a maximum of four(4) customers. (Not including staff)

UPDATE: In accordance with the Alberta Government guidelines on essential businesses, retailers open to repair bicycles are considered essential services. Therefore, our plan to open April 8th will still apply.

On March 17th the Alberta’s Premier Jason Kenney declared a state of Public Health Emergency putting into effect restrictions on large gatherings, social events, and specific venues. Bicycle Shops and retail stores are not included in these restrictions. However, considering the need for people to be conscience of limiting their contact with others, we have decided to close our doors for a three week period.

Commencing March 17th, 2020, Circuit Cycle will not have its doors open for general traffic. Those customers wanting to get a early start on their riding season and have a need to get their bicycles serviced, can book their work by calling 780-387-5340 or 780-887-7772 or contact us on our service booking form online.

Once arrangements have been made you can drop the bicycle off, and we will secure the bicycle and complete the work before we reopen on April 8th, 2020.

This policy may change as public policies and procedures change.
